“Carys and I discussed what kind of work I was looking to do after graduation and she gave some insight into the styles that would suit my face. Carys also did a colour analysis helping me choose which colours worked well with my skin, hair and eye colouring.
Carys helped me to choose 6 distinct headshot ideas to portray a different kind of character, whilst still reflecting my personality and appearance. We then planned an outfit for each headshot, even coming up with accessories and discussing the general intention of the headshot.
This helped me immensely to streamline my session, ensuring I got the most out of my time. It also really helped when it came to choosing my final headshots, as I knew exactly what I was looking for in each one.”

“We discussed simple things I hadn’t thought about before, like which order to attempt the looks in, in regards to make up and hair or what I wanted people to think when they saw each picture.
This meant that for the first time, I went into a headshot shoot feeling confident to ask for what I needed, and take my time.
Carys gave me the confidence to be bolder in my pictures, and to take the time I needed in the session to push for the images I wanted. She is also such a cheerleader and gave me a massive confidence boost before getting in front of the camera. Headshot sessions are expensive and important, so a bit of behind the scenes work was definitely worth it!”
